Overview

This course will ensure that the student will obtain thorough knowledge of Hydrogen Sulfide (H2S), its physical properties, hazards and the regulations surrounding it.

Who Should Attend

This one-day course is intended for all workers in the petroleum industry who could be exposed to Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S). Each student is required to operate self-contained breathing apparatus, and participate in rescue lift and drag exercises. This course is the industry standard for H2S training and is recognized worldwide. This course is certified by Energy Safety Canada (3 year certificate). A temporary ticket is issued upon successful completion with a minimum of 70% passing grade. Permanent ticket is mailed within 1 month to address provided by client on the contract.
