Overview

The role of Supervisor and Leader involves a complex set of skills in the present day oil and gas industry. Gone are the days of being put into a position of authority and embracing the old adage of either "sink or swim" to determine leadership abilities.  This course is designed to help workers develop productive supervision, leadership and communication skills and improve their understanding of the need of these attributes in today’s diverse work environment.
